- All Single A (1A) finalists at the 2007 and 2008 World Yo-Yo Contests.
- All Regional Single A (1A) qualifiers for the 2008 or 2009 National Yo-Yo Contest.
- All Single A (1A) finalists at the 2007 National Yo-Yo Contest.
- All previous World or National Single A (1A) Champions.
If you are not on this list and are a US player that should be because of a past contest placing please email us at AndreJBoulay@gmail.com before July 30th.
NOTE: These are players that would be qualified if they choose to compete at the 2009 World Yo-Yo Contest. This does not mean the player is registered - only that they would be placed in group #2 because of a past contest placement.
