Where and when will it be this year?
It will be on August 10,11 and 12 - 2005 in Orlando, Florida at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. This is a Thursday through Saturday. Keep in mind things start early on the 10th, and end late on the 12th.

Will I have any trouble finding the Rosen Plaza Hotel?
No, the Shuttle from the airport will take you right there. Just make sure you are going to the Rosen Plaza Hotel, not the Rosen Center Hotel (they look the same from the outside). The Rosen Plaza Hotel is directly across from FAO Schwarz, a toy store with a giant teddy bear in front of it. There is also a city bus that can take you there for about $1.00. We'll post the bus information under Travel.

When can I make my hotel reservation?
Right now, you can make your reservation by phone or on-line. Go to the Travel section for more information.

Why do I want to stay in the Rosen Plaza Hotel?
The entire event occurs in the Rosen Plaza Hotel and it's attached convention center. The event hall will open on the evening of Wednesday July 27th and will close about 10pm on Saturday July 30th. You can stay and yo-yo all night. There is also a 24 hour restaurant right next to the hall.

What if the Rosen is sold out?
We have a bunch of near by back-up hotels. They cost about the same as the Rosen. We will post these hotels as each one becomes filled starting with the nearest hotel, going to the furthest. If you can't find a room e-mail us.

Are there discounts for area attractions available for attendees?
Yes! We will be posting these as they become available. This information will be posted under travel.

What airport should I fly into
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 20 minute cab ride from the hotel. This is an international airport, and is the closest airport to Disney World. Many discount airlines fly into Orlando. Check various websites to find the best airfare. These would include www.orbitz.com, www.travelocity.com and www.expedia.com.
